The Met Office has issued three days of weather warning as fog is set to sweep across the UK.
Yellow rain and fog warnings have been put in place across the UK, with the first warning coming into effect last night.
The fog warning, which began yesterday at 10pm and lasts until 10.30am this morning, covers large parts of east England.
Nottinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex and Yorkshire are some of the affected regions.
The warning was extended to include most of East Anglia.
The Met Office said that those driving can expect slower journey times by car, with possible delays to public transport services.
They warned that some flights could likely be delayed or cancelled.
The weather office said: "Widespread fog has developed overnight with visibilities below 100 metres in places. Fog will slowly lift through mid to late morning in most places, although some may linger through this afternoon over the eastern Pennines."

Alongside the fog warning, a yellow rain alert is in place in Aberdeen and Dundee.
Heavy rain is expected to batter north-eastern Scotland for days, as the warning is active until Sunday.
In the south of England, wet and dreary weather can also be expected.
A yellow rain warning is in place for London, parts of south-west England and areas in south-east England.

The Met Office said: "There is a small chance that homes and businesses could be flooded, causing damage to some buildings.
"Where flooding occurs, there is a slight chance of delays or cancellations to train and bus services.
"Spray and flooding could lead to difficult driving conditions and some road closures.
"There is a slight chance of power cuts and loss of other services to some homes and businesses."
