Britons issued travel warning for Dubai and more as 'the situation is changing fast'

Britons holidaying in the UAE have been issued a fresh warning as external tensions could put them at risk.
The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) provided essential information on the conflict affecting Lebanon.
The FCDO told Britons: "Ongoing hostilities between Israel and Lebanon could escalate quickly and pose risks for the wider region.
"Monitor this travel advice and other media as the situation is changing fast. Follow and contact FCDO travel on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.

This includes information on how the FCDO defines a crisis, who the FCDO can help and how they can help, what holidaymakers should do in a crisis, how to prepare for a potential crisis, support in the UK and terrorist attacks abroad.
The UAE is a well-visited holiday destination, with Dubai being the most popular city. An official website for the UAE government reads: "The UAE has many glitzy shopping malls as well as traditional markets. Take advantage of the several shopping festivals running around the year. You can buy apparel, accessories, gold, electronics, carpets, spices, dry fruits and much more.
"The UAE has many restaurants and cafés, some amongst the finest in the world. It organises many food festivals, which bring cuisines from around the world and are popular amongst citizens and residents.
"Some of the other reasons people visit the UAE include visiting friends and relatives, experiencing Arab and Islamic heritage, undergoing medical or cosmetic treatment, engaging in ecotourism, having fun in theme parks or enjoying a stop on a cruise."
Holidaymakers in another "hidden gem" destination were issued the same warning.
Holidaymakers in Egypt, Tunisia, Oman, Kuwait and Qatar, among others, have also been issued warnings about the conflict affecting Lebanon.
