A travel warning has been shared for anyone hoping for some last minute sun in Italy.
It warned that wildfires continue to affect some regions in the country.
Those heading to Italy are encouraged to check the alerts in the local area and follow official advice, according to foreign travel advice.
The FCO said: "Forest fires are a risk during the extended summer months.

"They are highly dangerous and unpredictable. Wildfires are currently affecting some Italian regions.
"Check the latest alerts and weather forecasts and follow the advice of local authorities if you’re considering travelling to affected areas.
"Take care when visiting or driving through woodland areas and report fires to the emergency services."
This summer, tourists were evacuated from Sicily as wildfires spread.
Red alerts for fires have been in place across popular holiday spots in Europe amid soaring temperatures this year.
Europe is a great option for British holidaymakers wanting to travel, as it does not take long to get to some stunning beaches.
However, more tourist taxes have been introduced in some popular destinations.
Those visiting Venice will need to pay more during their stay.
