New research has named the 10 most "picturesque" areas to visit as the leaves start to fall.
The data found that 71 per cent of Britons don't know where their nearest beauty spot is, yet walking is the nation's number one outdoor activity.
Admiring the views, taking photos, wellbeing, the health benefits and improved mood were all listed as other reasons Britons want to get outside.
Cornwall topped the list
