The Manchester to JFK route will begin on May 21, 2025, returning on May 25, 2025.
The flights will be on an A380 aircraft, which has been completely overhauled, with a focus on creating a premium in-flight experience.
The airline has launched VIP pre-sales reservations for its debut UK flights, providing early access to tickets.
Global Airlines has indicated that its official booking platform will be launching "very soon", encouraging potential passengers to act quickly.
This exclusive pre-registration programme gives travellers a 24-hour window to book before tickets become available to the general public.
Those flying in First or Business Class will receive complimentary chauffeur service to and from the airport. The airline will not be offering premium economy seating.
CEO and founder of Global Airlines James Asquith told Aviation Source News: "I've always been very much against having a Premium Economy cabin.
"I think it only financially benefits airlines most of the time. It's great because it acts as a barrier for them between upgrades from economy to business. It's not good for the passenger, however."
