Discount code 7DAYS expires at 11.59pm tonight
Samsung has started a countdown on its website — warning about the deadline for its discount code. Use the code 7DAYS at checkout to cut the price of every model in the Galaxy S24 range by a minimum of 10%, but the code will no longer work from 00.01am on March 20, 2024.
The countdown appears on the listing for the Galaxy S24, S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra on the Samsung online store. Using the Samsung discount code in the final few hours before the countdown timer reaches zero will drop prices by as much as £154.
Samsung announced its all-new Galaxy S24 range in mid-January, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI), clever new camera features, and a titanium frame. All three handsets arrive with a faster processor, bigger batteries, and a guaranteed seven years of Android upgrades.
The 7DAYS code isn’t the only way to drop prices on the Samsung store.
Samsung has also supercharged trade-in values, so you can get a further £410 off Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+ or Galaxy S24 Ultra when you trade in your old smartphone. Samsung will send a self-addressed package. You’ll have a week to mail off your current handset, leaving you plenty of time to transfer your photos, videos, and apps over to your shiny new Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
You can combine these trade-in offers with the discount too — but you’ll need to act fast.

SAMSUNG PRESS OFFICEUse the 7DAYS code at checkout and you’ll get £154.90 off the Galaxy S24 Ultra. It will drop up to £85 off the Galaxy S24 and up to £109 off the larger Galaxy S24+.
There are a few perks when buying from the Samsung online store, including enhanced trade-in values and exclusive colours like Sapphire Blue, Jade Green, and Sandstone Orange. You’ll also be able to claim a 12-month subscription to Disney+ for free (worth £79.90), although this is available to all Galaxy S24, S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra owners, no matter where they bought the handset.
Unveiled during a Galaxy Unpacked keynote held in San Jose, California, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the headline feature of all three new Galaxy S phones from Samsung.
Dubbed Galaxy AI, the clever new software can translate incoming phone calls in real-time, write text messages for you, summarise lengthy notes into bullet points, move the subject of a photo and erase unwanted people from the background.
Samsung has partnered with Google to launch a new way to gesture-driven way to search online — Circle To Search. As the name suggests, this allows Galaxy S24 owners to long-press on the home button and circle anything on-screen to kickstart a Google search. For example, you can circle the city skyline in the background of an Instagram post to find the location, circle a book cover to get shopping results or circle an unknown actor in a Netflix show to find their IMDb page.
Some of these AI tricks are reminiscent of Microsoft's CoPilot Pro subscription, which costs £19 a month to use across Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel on Windows, Mac, and iPad.
You'll be able to buy the Galaxy S24 and S24+ in the standard selection of four colours, or an additional three exclusive colourways

All three models of the Galaxy S24 arrive with Android 14 out of the box and guaranteed updates until the early 2030s.
Galaxy S24 Ultra is the only model with a stylus housed in the frame, enabling you to make handwritten notes, sign PDFs, annotate screenshots, and doodle on-screen. It follows in the footsteps of the iPhone 15 Pro and uses a titanium frame, which Samsung says will enhance durability.
This flagship phone model packs a quadruple camera with a massive 200-megapixel main camera, 50-megapixel and 10-megapixel telephoto sensors capable of 100x digital zoom, and a 12-megapixel camera for ultra-wide shots.
Galaxy AI enables some clever new photo editing tricks, letting you adjust the position of your subject and expand beyond the borders of the original image, as shown in the animation above
SAMSUNG PRESS OFFICEGalaxy S24 and S24+ also benefit from improved cameras, but miss out on the 100x zoom. Using AI, Galaxy S24 owners can resize or move the subject of a photo in their camera app. Unwanted people or objects can also be removed from the background, with Galaxy AI filling in any blank spaces.
Samsung can also transform any video footage into slow-motion, thanks to Galaxy AI.
Galaxy S24 starts from £799 with 128GB of built-in storage, while the larger Galaxy S24+ starts from £999 with 256GB of storage. The base model Galaxy S24 Ultra ships with the same amount of storage, but costs £1,249.
