Giveaway doesn't apply to Vodafone Broadband customers
Glastonbury Festival tickets sold out in under an hour when they became available in November last year. But there's one final chance to secure entry into the legendary event if you missed out on the online sale — so long as you've got a Vodafone SIM card tucked inside your mobile phone.
The mobile network is offering 100 pairs of Glastonbury Festival tickets to its customers via the VeryMe Rewards loyalty scheme. From today until April 21, Vodafone customers can enter a competition within the VeryMe Rewards app, which is available on Android and iPhone.
Glastonbury Festival has revealed its line-up for 2024, with headliners including Shania Twain, SZA, and Dua Lipa
GLASTONBURY FESTIVAL
Glastonbury Festival, which hosts more than 3,000 acts, will take place from June 26-30, 2024. Dua Lipa, Coldplay, Shania Twain, Cyndi Lauper, SZA, Paloma Faith, and many more are confirmed to appear at the music event, which takes place in Worthy Farm near Glastonbury in Somerset.
Tickets for the festival cost £355, plus a £5 booking fee. That's an increase from £335 in 2023 and £285 in 2022. Of course, Vodafone customers who manage to secure a pair of tickets via the VeryMe app won't need to pay a penny to attend Glastonbury.
If camping in a field isn't your idea of a weekend well spent, Vodafone customers also have the chance to secure 162 pairs of tickets for British Summer Time (BST) Hyde Park — a series of open-air concerts in the centre of London over three weeks of summer.
Like the Glasto giveaway, Vodafone users will need to download the Vodafone app on Android or iPhone. Starting from Monday April 22, Vodafone customers will be able to enter the giveaway to win tickets to see Kings of Leon, Andrea Bocelli, Robbie Williams, Stevie Nicks, and more.
Vodafone launched its VeryMe Rewards in November 2018 to compete directly with loyalty schemes like O2 Priority and Three+ from its closest rivals. VeryMe offers discounts to high street stores, prize draws, and weekly giveaways. Unfortunately, Vodafone Broadband customers aren't eligible for the scheme.
