CMF by Nothing was already known for its affordable gadgets, but that's taken on a whole new meaning in the latest Amazon sale

The latest budget earbuds from British startup Nothing have plummeted to £24.99 in the Spring Deal Days sale on Amazon. Usually £39 when bought directly from the London-based technology firm, these AirPods competitors won a Red Dot design award last year for their sleek appearance.

But this discount — and all price cuts in the Amazon Spring Deal Days sale — ends at 11.59pm tonight.

Despite the budget price tag, these Bluetooth 'buds still come equipped with Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) to quash distracting background sounds and ensure you don't need to crank-up the volume to hear your favourite album, audiobook, or podcast.

You can expect up to 8-hours of listening on a single charge, although that'll drop slightly if you're using the CMF Buds for hands-free calls.

The CMF Buds by Nothing offer 42dB active noise cancellation, 12.4mm bio-fiber drivers with Ultra Bass Technology 2.0, and up to 35.5 hours of battery life. They feature Bluetooth 5.3 with dual-device pairing, customizable EQ via the Nothing X app, and an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance.

Drop the 'buds in the carry case to top up the battery on-the-go. In total, battery life is 35.5 hours with the case. If you're in a rush, the earbuds can be bolstered with 6.5 hours of listening time with just 10 minutes in the case, thanks to the built-in fast-charging capabilities.

With Bluetooth 5.3 support, CMF Buds can be paired to multiple devices at the same time, so you can switch between listening to a podcast on your phone to a movie on a tablet without digging into the settings menu.

Amazon has previously selling the CMF Buds for £29 — a generous £10 price cut on the RRP. However, the Spring Deal Days sale has taken things to the next level with a record-low price of £24.99.

Amazon's latest sale ends this evening (March 31), so you'll need to your basket sooner rather than later.

Unlike some previous Amazon promotions, this Spring Deal Days event is open to all customers, with no Prime membership required.

It’s only been two years since Nothing, which was co-founded by Carl Pei — the former CEO of industry disruptor OnePlus, launched its first smartphone. But the British startup has already caused a stir with its affordable Android handsets, accessories, and standalone budget CMF sub-brand.

The top-of-the-line Bluetooth earbuds from its CMF brand — the CMF Buds Pro 2 — have also seen a price cut in the Amazon Spring Deal Days sale. Usually £59.99, these 'buds have been slashed by 25% to a £44.99 price tag.

These earbuds received widespread acclaim since their launch last year. This limited-time offer is available across all colour options, including Light Grey, Dark Grey, Blue, and Orange, giving buyers plenty of choice to match their personal style.

The CMF Buds Pro 2 are a step-up from the standard CMF Buds with their dual driver system, which features an 11mm main driver paired with a 6mm planar tweeter to bolster sound quality.

While both of these earbuds boast active noise-cancellation, the CMF Buds Pro 2 offer advanced hybrid ANC capable of reducing noise by up to 50dB, with a frequency range up to 5000 Hz and a Smart Adaptive Mode for dynamic adjustment.

These pricier 'buds also support Hi-Res Audio Wireless certification with LDAC support, and are designed to be IP55-rated water and dust resistant.

One of the most standout design tweaks on the charging case is the smart dial, which lets you control volume with a twist. You can also press to control noise cancellation, activate the Voice Assistant, switch to Low Lag Mode, or mute your microphone during meetings. Tailor your experience further by pre-setting functions in the Nothing X app for endless customisation.

Enjoy 11-hours of listening time on a single charge. Popping these Pro-grade 'buds into the carry case can top-up your listening time to 43 hours of music playback, or 25 hours of talk time using the 6 high-definition microphones scattered across the 'buds to ensure clear calls.

If your CMF Buds Pro 2 earbuds are paired with a Nothing smartphone, then you can access ChatGPT wherever you are. This feature allows you to interact with ChatGPT directly through your earbuds, providing hands-free access to AI assistance.
