Tennis legend Venus Williams has sparked engagement rumours after being spotted wearing a large diamond ring during a training session in Rome.
The 44-year-old was seen getting cosy with her Italian boyfriend Andrea Preti, 36, at a sports club in the Italian capital.
Williams wore what appeared to be a wedding band on her left ring finger throughout the practice session, fuelling speculation about her relationship status with the actor and filmmaker.
The pair were photographed sharing intimate moments, with Preti watching from the sidelines as Williams trained.

The diamond ring featured a square-cut stone set in a pavé design, which was visible as Williams practised on the court.
After the training session, the couple were seen holding hands and sharing kisses as they left the sports club.
Preti took photographs of Williams with other members of the group before their departure.
The couple appeared in high spirits throughout the day, with the Italian actor planting a kiss on Williams' cheek as she smiled brightly.
The pair were spotted laughing together between practice hits, displaying their affection openly at the Rome facility.
The exact timeline of Williams and Preti's relationship remains unclear, though their first public appearance came during a holiday in Nerano, Italy, in July 2024.
The couple were photographed boating together along the Amalfi Coast, with Williams wearing an olive green dress whilst Preti sported a white button-down shirt.
They were later spotted walking hand-in-hand through New York City in August.

More recently, the pair holidayed in the Bahamas, where Williams shared a photo of them together on her Instagram Stories, describing Preti as "the best company."
Prior to her relationship with Preti, Williams dated model Elio Pis in 2012 and Nicholas Hammond from 2017 until 2019.
Speaking to Glamour UK in 2022, Williams opened up about her dating life, saying: "I've had a single life for a long time and I think it's really easy to get stuck in a single life and sometimes – at least for me – harder to get out."
She expressed openness to change when meeting the right person, stating: "When life changes, you've got to know when to change. You can't hold on to either a relationship or the singleness."
