A large majority of tennis fans think Emma Raducanu has made the right decision by withdrawing from the Hong Kong Open after the 21-year-old postponed her return to the sport.
The Briton has been sidelined with a foot problem ever since pulling out of the Korea Open mid-match last month.
Raducanu had been hoping to return to action at the Hong Kong Open, which kicks off next week.
However, she posted to social media on Tuesday confirming that she'd be taking no risks as she looks to summon the magic of old.

"Hellooo, I’m sorry to say that I will not be able to play in Hong Kong next week," she wrote.
"Whilst my foot is making good progress, I need a little more time before I am match fit.
"I hope to be able to come back and play this tournament in the future!
"In the meantime, I am doing what I can to be ready for BJKC [the Billie Jean King Cup]."
Raducanu has faced criticism in some corners. But the majority of fans believe she's made the right decision.
One fan wrote: "Take your own time Emma."
A second said: "Frustrating for you. Listen to your body and trust the advice and support around you."
A third wrote: "Get back whenever you are ready, Emma. Always behind of you."
Another stated: "We understand you need more time make sure everything is set, we can't wait to see you play in BJK."
A fifth opined: "Take your time to recover, be safe and that what matters, you'll be back stronger and more competitive, don't think about anything else, just focus on your recovery."
And a sixth said: "Take as much time as you need to recover because there’s absolutely no need to force yourself if you’re not feeling 100 per cent otherwise it just makes things worse."
The world was Raducanu's oyster when she upset the odds to win the US Open back in 2021.
