Jack Draper could capitalise on the struggles of Emma Raducanu at a time when her sponsors may drop her, according to reports.
Draper has been one of the biggest talking points at the US Open, with the 22-year-old shining at the competition so far.
He was too strong for Tomas Machac in their fourth round clash on Monday, with the Briton winning 6-3, 6-2, 6-1 to reach the quarter-finals of a Grand Slam for the first time.
It's in stark contrast to Raducanu, who was sent crashing out of the competition last Wednesday in the first round.

Reports have claimed Raducanu could potentially face a sponsorship crisis after another underwhelming major, with some of her deals up for renewal.
With her stock falling, it's not unfeasible that big brands will drop the 21-year-old and look at other players instead.
According to Tennis365, Draper 'could be viewed as an attractive new player to work with' should sponsors end up ditching Raducanu - who makes around £10million each year from her deals.
He already has lucrative sponsorship arrangements with Nike, Dunlop and Vodafone - while he's also appeared on several photo shoots with Vogue.
Though Draper is yet to win a Grand Slam, he's clearly a player on the up.
Vogue's magazine editor-in-chief Anna Wintour was in his box for his win over Machac, with the Briton making light work of his opponent.
He will face 10th seed Alex de Minaur in the quarter-finals on Wednesday after the Australian beat Jordan Thompson in four sets on Monday.
However, given his past record against de Minaur, the odds are stacked against Draper.
He has lost all three of his previous meetings with the 25-year-old so far.
They first clashed at Wimbledon in 2022, with de Minaur winning in four sets to make the round of 32 on that occasion.
De Minaur got the better of Draper in Tokyo last year, while also besting the Briton in the semi-finals of the Mexican Open back in March.
Meanwhile, Draper admitted his match with Machac was 'strange' on Monday - though was delighted to book his spot in the last eight.
