Emma Raducanu interview hijacked by singing Wimbledon spectator after stunning victory

Emma Raducanu managed to see the funny side after her post-match interview on Court One was interrupted by a rowdy Wimbledon spectator following her win over Elise Mertens.
The former British No 1 looked close to her best as she thrashed the doubles specialist 6-1 6-2.
The match was over in just one hour and 15 minutes and is the first time she's through to the third round of a Grand Slam since winning the US Open in 2021.
There was an electric atmosphere inside Court One throughout the match with Raducanu putting on a show for the 12,000-strong crowd.

They erupted as Raducanu stepped up for her on-court interview and the noise grew even louder when she admitted that it was her 'favourite court' to play on over Centre Court.
"It makes me feel unbelievable," she said.
"I feel so, so welcome here and honestly Court One is my favourite court."
The crowd continued to get involved in Raducanu's interview with one person shouting out 'beautiful' when the 21-year-old was asked to describe her performance.
"This guy said it," she added.
"I think I played some really good tennis today.
"I'm really pleased... I'm over the moon to be playing..."
Before Raducanu could continue her reply, a spectator could be heard chanting 'Emma' to the tune of 'Ole, Ole, Ole'.

The 2021 US Open champion saw the funny side of the interruption as she held up the microphone for the spectator's chanting.
She added: "I'm over the moon to be playing here and just to extend my stay by one more day.
"I'm so, so grateful to everyone and the support today. With the roof closed especially, it was super loud.
