Andy Murray has confirmed he will miss two tournaments next month as he reviews his options after suffering a serious ankle injury.
The Brit revealed he ruptured ankle ligaments during his Miami Open loss to Tomas Machac last Sunday and is now set for an extended period on the sidelines.
Murray has already said that 2024 is set to be his last year as a professional, while recently admitting he will likely hang up his racket in the summer.
Many believe Wimbledon or the Olympics in Paris would be the perfect way for the former British No 1 to bow out of the sport.

But the 36-year-old's plans have been thrown into doubt after his latest injury in Miami.
He suffered the problem late in the deciding set against Machac and was able to see out the remainder of the match.
But scans have since confirmed that he has ruptured his anterior talofibular ligament and the calcaneofibular ligament.
Murray's team have now released a statement on his condition, confirming he won't be at the Monte Carlo Masters or the BMW Open as the clay-court season begins next month.
However, it is still not yet known how long he will be out of action for.
The update reads: "Following consultation with his team and medical experts, Andy Murray has taken the decision to miss the Rolex Monte Carlo Masters and BMW Open Munich.
"At this stage, it is still not clear how long Andy will be out of action, and he is continuing to review options with his medical team.
"Obviously this is very disappointing news for Andy and he has reiterated his desire to get back on court as soon as possible.
"He thanks all his fans for their kind messages of support and will continue to update everybody as the situation evolves."
Murray revealed the extent of his injury on Instagram on Monday but confirmed he fully intends to return to the court.
He wrote: "Yesterday towards the end of my match in Miami I suffered a full rupture of my ATFL and near full thickness rupture of my CFL.
"I will see an ankle specialist when I return home to determine next steps.
