Gary Wilson took his anger out on his cue after making a big mistake in his match against Ronnie O'Sullivan on Friday.
The 38-year-old slammed his cue into the ground on several occasions after he missed a black in the fifth frame of the Tour Championship semi-final.
Wilson had beaten Mark Selby and Zhang Anda to set up a match in the last four against O'Sullivan in Manchester.
He has won two ranking events this season but has not been happy with how he has played this week despite winning in the opening two rounds.

O'Sullivan was understandably the big favourite heading into the encounter, having only previously lost once to his opponent.
The Rocket has won five tournaments this season and is looking to head to the Crucible off the back of another triumph this week.
Wilson took the early ascendency in a scrappy affair, winning the first two frames of the semi-final.
O'Sullivan showed his class to win the next two, including a century break in the third, to level the clash up at the mid-session break.
Wilson wanted to respond immediately in the first frame back and looked well placed to do so.
However, with 18 points on the board, he missed a glaring attempt on the black to give O'Sullivan a golden chance.
Wilson knew it was a huge mistake and slammed his cue into the ground at least three times as he walked back to his chair.
The crowd gave an audible shocked reaction to Wilson's behaviour.
Ken Doherty said on commentary that O'Sullivan would love to see his opponent show that level of frustration.
The Irishman said: "Well would you believe it? Just the fact he was bridging over the red, it just made it that little bit more awkward.
"And well you saw the frustration. Never expected him to miss it.
"As an opposing player as Ronnie is, he will love to see that. He will love to see his opponent showing that frustration. But now time to capitalise."

Dave Hendon expected it to be a big moment in the outcome of the frame and potentially the match.
He commented: "And then the reaction, banging the cue into the ground.
"Yeah a big moment I think because Wilson was looking as if he was starting to get going.
"It wasn't just one bang was it? It was several with that cue.

"And now of course he has to sit and watch as the greatest break builder we've ever seen goes about his business here. He's already had a century in frame three, O'Sullivan."
O'Sullivan made Wilson pay for his mistake by hitting another century to take the frame, before winning the next to move into a 4-2 lead.
The winner will play either Mark Williams or Mark Allen in the final on Sunday.
