Gabby Logan has admitted she fears the magic of the Six Nations will be lost if it 'goes behind a paywall' at a time when TNT Sports are eyeing the tournament in 2026.
The BBC and ITV have shared broadcasting rights for the prestigious competition ever since 2016.
With their current deal set to expire after this year's tournament, however, TNT Sports have emerged as candidates to purchase the rights.
Reports have claimed TNT are monitoring the situation with a potential view for acquiring the Six Nations in 2026.

They already show the Gallagher Premiership and, just last year, acquired the rights to broadcast the Autumn Internationals on a two-year deal.
Now, Logan has admitted she fears for the future of rugby if the Six Nations end up 'going behind a paywall'.
Speaking on the Sports Agents podcast alongside co-host Mark Chapman, she said: "We're talking about people who don't watch rugby all the time.
"Enjoying these massive occasions, finding out more about the sport, enjoying the combat, enjoying the rivalry.
"That, if the Six Nations goes behind a paywall potentially, will be completely lost.
"That neutral fan, that person that doesn't really know rugby, coming along and enjoying the ride, they're not necessarily going to go and bother to buy TNT or wherever the sport takes the Six Nations."

Logan then proceeded to claim that the difference between the offer from BBC and ITV, compared to TNT Sports, could be around the £10million mark.
She added: "[It's] not a lot in the scheme of things when you consider the sponsors and the brands who are not going to get the exposure that they would get on terrestrial television.
"Is this rugby union potentially shooting itself in the foot again?"
