Manchester United have made Premier League history
Manchester United have made Premier League history by signing a lucrative 10-year contract with Adidas worth £900million.
The Red Devils have been sponsored by the German sportswear giant ever since 2015, with Nike previously working with the club.
And United have now renewed their deal with Adidas until 2035.
Under the terms of the new deal, Erik ten Hag's side will earn a substantial £90m-per-year.

That will be music to Ten Hag's ears, especially with United working on a strict budget this summer as they look to reel Manchester City in next season.
The Red Devils are poised to benefit from the financial security of the deal.
A statement confirmed the arrangement. It read: "Adidas and Manchester United Football Club are delighted to announce the extension of one of the most exciting, seminal partnerships in world sport.
"Manchester United commenced a historic agreement with Adidas at the start of the 2015/16 season, reuniting after 23 years.
"In the seasons that have followed, Adidas and Manchester United have excited fans around the world with forward-thinking initiatives, iconic designs on the pitch and fan favourite culturewear off of it.
"The new deal increases the focus on the Manchester United women’s team since their re-introduction in 2018 – continuing Manchester United and Adidas' commitment to drive the women’s game forward."
Richard Arnold, United's chief executive officer, added: "The relationship between Manchester United and Adidas is one of the most iconic in world sport, forged through a shared commitment to style, flair and, most importantly, high performance.
"With its roots in the 1980s, our partnership has been reinvented over the past decade with some of the most innovative designs and technology in sportswear.
"We are now looking forward to refreshing this powerful partnership again through the remainder of this decade and into the 2030s."
Meanwhile, Adidas also recently hit out at 'speculative reporting' over Mason Greenwood.
Greenwood hasn't played for United since January 2022.
He was arrested for attempted rape and assault but, with charges dropped in February, is now free to resume his career in football.
Over the weekend reports said that United had received approval from Adidas to re-integrate Greenwood into the squad.
But Adidas hit back at those suggestions, releasing a statement that read: “After inaccurate and speculative reporting within the media it’s important for us to clarify that Adidas has had no discussions with Manchester United regarding any member of their playing squad.
"We play no role in any decisions made regarding any member of the team or staff at the club."
United have released two new Adidas kits so far.
Their home shirt will have black lining around the collar, with the Red Devils wearing the strip during their 3-2 defeat to German side Borussia Dortmund on Sunday night.

United have also released a green and white away shirt, too, and wore that jersey during another loss to Real Madrid last week.
