Austin was at the event to announce attendance figures before the main event between Cody Rhodes and John Cena for the WWE championship.
He revealed that day two of WrestleMania 41 drew 63,226 fans, with a total weekend attendance of 124,693 at Allegiant Stadium.
The Texas Rattlesnake had been riding his quad bike around the ring, whipping the crowd into a frenzy.
But the excitement quickly turned to concern when he lost control whilst making a turn and drove straight into the barricade.
Following the collision, Austin quickly checked on the woman who appeared to be in distress.
WWE President Nick Khan was also seen consoling the fan at ringside.

Austin offered some condolences to the woman before continuing with his scheduled announcement.
After chugging several beers in his trademark style, the wrestling icon made sure to check on the woman one final time.
He briefly returned to the area where she was seated before heading up the ramp and backstage.
Fans on social media were quick to react to the incident, with many suggesting the woman exaggerated her fall.

The dramatic nature of the fall raised eyebrows as footage showed the woman tumbling to the floor despite the quad bike not making direct contact with her.
The incident quickly circulated online with one user sharing video of the moment with the caption: "STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN JUST CRASHED HIS 4-WHEELER AND KNOCKED A LADY DOWN TO HER SEAT."
