Colby Covington has been joined by several UFC fighters in expressng their delight at Donald Trump's election victory on social media.
Pre-election polls suggested the presidential race would be tight between Trump and Kamala Harris.
But Trump's famous victory was confirmed on Wednesday after passing the threshold of 270 electoral votes.
It marks an incredible political comeback for Trump, nearly four years after he was impeached for the second time during his single term in office.

He lost the 2020 election to Joe Biden and has now been re-elected as a convicted felon, who is still awaiting sentencing in relation to hush-money payments he made to an adult-film star.
The result of the US election led to outrage from some on social media, but Trump clearly has plenty of support from those inside the UFC.
Dana White, UFC president, was on stage alongside Trump to address a crowd of his supporters in West Palm Beach, Florida.
The UFC chief praised Trump as the 'most resilient, hard-working man' he's ever come across.
And White wasn't the only UFC star to shower Trump with praise following the election victory.
Covington, who has been vocal in his support of Trump over the past few years, feels the election result will have a profound effect on America.
"The woke agenda is dead!" Covington wrote.

Former bantamweight UFC champion Aljamain Sterling responded to Robert F. Kennedy Jr on X, writing: "We’re counting on you guys to do the work promised to us! Bring this country together on all levels."
Jorge Masvidal, who holds the record for the fastest knockout win in UFC history, also showed his support for Trump by posting a photo of the two of them together along with the caption: "God bless the USA. 47."
