Travis Kelce's father Ed has dismissed speculation about a potential Super Bowl proposal to Taylor Swift as "white noise" during a radio interview on Australia's 2DayFM.
"That's just noise. That's white noise, meaningless", Ed told the breakfast hosts, firmly stating he would not be announcing any engagement on an Australian radio show.
The comments come after Travis, 35, remained coy when asked by reporters if he planned to pop the question, responding simply: "Wouldn't you like to know."
The couple have previously had to refute engagement rumours in October 2024 after a football presenter referred to Swift as Kelce's "missus" on-air.

Despite appearing to dismiss proposal rumours, Ed Kelce made an intriguing revelation about how such a moment might unfold.
"Well, there's gonna be something extravagant, [and] something more private," he disclosed during the radio interview.
When asked if his son was romantic, Ed confirmed: "I think it would be romantic. Yes, he is a romantic person."
He also shared his fatherly advice regarding any future proposal: "My advice to him would be... I think your engagement needs to be separate from any other event. It has to be about the two of you."

Swift arrived at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans sporting an unexpected monochromatic white ensemble, featuring a blazer over shorts with thigh-high boots.
The pop star accessorised with a red Givenchy clutch and a "T" pendant necklace, which had previously appeared as a thigh chain during her Grammys look.
Kelce's arrival outfit proved equally eye-catching, with the NFL star donning an oversized orange sparkly suit that appeared several sizes too large.

"Last year, she didn't know much about football," Ed said, recalling how she would sit between him and her father seeking explanations about the game.
He shared a recent example of her expertise during a Chiefs match against Texas, where Swift surprised him with her tactical understanding.
"I'm like 'I really hate field goals. In the red zone, you should be getting a touchdown', and she says to me: 'No, I'll take the points,'" Ed recounted.
"[She] sounds like a seasoned football gambler... she's embraced the game and loves the game."
