Ronnie O'Sullivan reportedly refused to practice at Alexandra Palace before his victory over Ali Carter on Sunday.
The Rocket has been critical of the venue and, just last week, labelled it 'disgusting' in an astonishing rant.
He caused controversy by saying: “I just don’t like this place, I find it disgusting.
“Everywhere is dirty, cold, I’m freezing. I have to sit here in my coat.

“Everywhere you go, you’re going through car parks, there are bins.
“I don’t know if you’ve seen up there, there’s food and stuff and it makes me feel ill to be honest with you.
“I’m a clean freak.
"When I come here, it gives me the heebie-jeebies and I can’t wait to get out of here.
"I’m sorry, that’s just how I feel.”
And The Sun say O'Sullivan, as a result of his contempt for Ally Pally, refused to practice there before his win over Carter.
He instead opted to arrive at the venue just before 1pm, which is when the match was due to commence.
O'Sullivan and Carter shared the opening four frames, only for the 44-year-old to go into the break 5-3 up.
He extended his lead at the beginning of the ninth frame but, in the end, was unable to fend off a terrific comeback.
O'Sullivan upped the ante and won 10-7, keeping his hopes of winning all major events this season alive in the process.
After his victory, the 48-year-old celebrated with his family.
And he left the Alexandra Palace crowd in stitches by saying he had no idea how he'd won the tournament.
“I don’t know how I won this tournament," he said.
“I have just dug deep, tried to play with freedom. I wanted to keep Ali honest. If he is going to win it, he is going to have to scrape me off the table.
“I wasn’t worried about the score. My mindest was not to worry about frames or the score, just keep playing and see what happens.

"I have tried to master this game, I have yet to do so, but I will keep trying."
On whether he can win the World Championship later in the year, he added: “Listen, I always have a good idea the Worlds about February or March if my game is in good enough shape.
“At the moment it’s not good enough to win it. I would like to go there with confidence, it will be longer sessions.”
