Ronnie O'Sullivan has shed light on how buying an air fryer helped him beat Judd Trump in the final of the World Grand Prix on Sunday.
The Rocket came from 4-0 down to win 10-7 and claim his second title of the year.
O'Sullivan felt unwell at the start of the week - but was still able to come out on top, just seven days on from his Masters final triumph over Ali Carter.
And the 48-year-old, speaking to ITV, has now revealed buying an air fryer and a smoothie maker helped make the difference.

"I enjoyed that, I really did, I enjoyed the game," he told ITV.
"Start of the week I was feeling a bit rough, then I brought myself an air fryer and a smoothie maker.
"I started to feel a bit better and...I don't like eating junk food, it sort of puts me in a funny place.
"So I started to feel better as the week went on, I played some of my best snooker last night against Ding.
"That gave me some confidence coming into today, I knew I'd have to play well to at least do something well against Judd.
"I enjoyed the match. I thought it might be a 10-1 job.
"I managed to win a few frames this afternoon. 5-3 gave me a bit of optimism, I just came out and thought 'try and enjoy the battle'.
"Because you have to enjoy a battle against Judd, he's a warrior.
"For me he's the favourite for the World Championships this year."
He continued: "When I play snooker I feel young in my head.
"I know age is a number, 48, but when I start playing I feel I knock about 20 years off.
"As long as I still feel young at the table, I don't think age is really an issue.
"I think the experience is helping me."
While it was another joyous day for O'Sullivan, it was a painful evening in the end for Trump.
The 34-year-old had his chances but came up short, with the snooker star unable to add to his crowns in 2019 and 2020.

And Trump rued his failure to win as he delivered his verdict on the proceedings in Leicester.
He said: "No, I didn't really start well I don't think. Ronnie missed a few, we both struggled, the standard wasn't very good.
"But Ronnie cleaned up when he needed to with a couple of important frames, important breaks he made some really good clearances and his safety was really good tonight, he was getting in first and scoring a lot heavier.
"There was a lot of ups and downs in that second session.
"He scored heavily, he was getting an overall, well-deserved win for him."

"But it was nice to have another final against Ronnie, it's always a good game and hopefully Ronnie continues playing like that and we can meet in a few more finals this season."
