The Philadelphia Eagles secured their Super Bowl LIX victory with a commanding 40-22 win over the Kansas City Chiefs.

The triumph marked a significant moment for the Eagles, who had been seeking redemption following their previous Super Bowl appearance.

The match, played on Sunday night, saw Philadelphia emerge as the clear victors in what became a one-sided affair.

Hurts delivered a masterful performance, completing 17 of his 22 passing attempts for 211 yards and two touchdowns, with one interception.

The Eagles quarterback also dominated on the ground, leading all rushers with 72 yards on 11 carries and adding another touchdown.

His efficient play was evident in his impressive completion rate, successfully connecting on more than 77 percent of his passes throughout the championship game.

Philadelphia's dominance was evident throughout the game, as they built an overwhelming 34-0 lead late in the third quarter.

The Eagles maintained control by executing several clock-killing drives to thwart any potential Chiefs comeback attempts.

Their strategic approach in protecting their substantial lead proved effective, as they successfully managed the game's tempo in the latter stages.

Hurts' exceptional performance earned him the Super Bowl MVP award, a fitting recognition of his leadership on the field.

The victory held special significance for the Eagles, who successfully avenged their previous Super Bowl LVII defeat to the same opponents.
