Brett Favre and Tom Brady took a different approach when asked to give their opinion on Travis Kelce's controversial outburst at Andy Reid during the Kansas City Chief's Super Bowl win over the San Francisco 49ers.
The Chiefs pulled off an overtime victory over the 49ers to clinch their third Super Bowl title in five years.
Patrick Mahomes stole the headlines as the quarterback won his third MVP title, but Kelce attracted plenty of attention too for his outburst at Reid during the second quarter.
With the Chiefs losing, Kelce let out his frustrations to Reid in spectacular fashion by screaming in his coach's face and pushing him off balance.

Brady, who retired from NFL just over a year ago, opted against criticising Kelce for overstepping the line.
The 46-year-old instead admitted that he didn't see too much wrong with what Kelce had done due to his own experiences.
“There’s always little family issues and of course I don’t mind seeing it ’cause I was a part of a lot of those things," Brady said on Sirius XM.
"Emotions are so high. You are definitely not centred and balanced."
Brady went on to praise Reid for showing his leadership ability in the way he handled the situation.
But Favre didn't hide away from pointing put that Kelce ultimately went too far with his actions on the sideline.
“Emotions play a big part of it, and sometimes they get the best of you, and that’s what happened there,” Favre said on Fearless with Jason Whitlock.
"I don't know the exact details of Travis' reasons but again he apologised for it.
“It just was the biggest stage in the football world and he does that to arguably, maybe the greatest coach in history or potentially the greatest coach in history.

"You just can’t do that and he let his emotions get the best of him at that time.
"Now they came back and won the game, which as you know winning sometimes soothes the emotions at times."
Whitlock then went off and claimed there was a "lack of respect for authority" from the current generation of NFL players.
Favre added: "I agree with you 100 per cent.

"I think the coaches have lost - I can't blame the coach for losing the status of being the foremost authority.
"I think the only place a coach has any power or is still considered the guy is high school."
Reid played down the bust-up between him and Kelce during the Super Bowl and joked about it after the Chiefs won.
"He keeps me young," Reid said. "He tested that hip. He caught me off balance - normally I'd give him a little bit but you know what, I didn't have any feet under me."
