Joaquin Niemann pulled off a round for the ages on the opening day of the new LIV Golf season with a 12-under-par display - but he might not even be able to play in The Masters in a few months.
All eyes were on Jon Rahm for his debut on the Saudi-backed tour, along with fellow European Ryder Cup star Tyrrell Hatton.
But Niemann quickly stole the show going nine-under par through his opening 10 holes of the event.
That included a sensational eagle on the 11th when his second shot hopped once and then bounced into the hole.

He then added two more birdies on holes 13 and 15 to put him 11-under par for the tournament with history in his sights.
Another birdie followed on hole 16 to leave him needing to just two more pars to finish with a record-breaking round of 59.
He had a great chance to move to 13-under on the 18th with a putt from inside six feet, but he pulled it just wide of the hole.
Due to the shotgun start, Niemann's final came on the first and left himself with some work to do with his approach shot landing short of the green.
But he kept his composure to finish with a par and a bogey-free round and ultimately card a 59.
His round of 59 comes just a few months after Bryson DeChambeau became the fourth man to shoot 58 on a major golf tour at LIV Golf Greenbrier back in August.
But despite Niemann's incredible achievement, the current world No 66 may be missing from the first major of the year at Augusta.
Players on the Saudi-backed league have been punished with LIV Golf events still not able to offer Official World Golf Ranking points.
Last year saw 18 LIV Golfers make it to The Masters due to differing qualifying methods.
One of the main ways to qualify to play the Augusta National major is by being inside the top 50 of the world at the end of the week before the event.
But with no ranking points on offer in LIV Golf events, players have slipped down the rankings this past year.

Rahm, DeChambeau, Dustin Johnson, Sergio Garcia, Patrick Reed, Brooks Koepka, Charl Schwartzel, Cameron Smith, Bubba Watson and Phil Mickelson have already secured their spot in The Masters this year due to either having won the event at least once or by winning other majors.
Hatton and Adrian Meronk will also currently qualify for The Masters based on their world ranking at the moment.
But Niemann will have to enter events on the DP World Tour in order to help his chances of making it to The Masters this year.
He used his DP World Tour exemption to play in the Dubai Desert Classic and managed to finish tied-fourth.

Speaking at the tournament last month, Niemann took aim at the Official World Golf Ranking system for continuing to ignore LIV Golfers.
“It is pretty unfair right now what the world rankings show,” he told the Mirror.
“It says the top 100 players in the world right now, but I don’t think this is the right ranking – I am going to Dubai for the DP World (Tour) just because of (ranking) points, nothing else and to try and get into the Masters.
“I don’t really need to play other tours, the only reason is because of the majors.
