Emily Campbell has revealed her Olympic-themed hairstyle took three hours after she claimed bronze in the weightlifting on Sunday.
The 30-year-old went into the event in Paris hoping to do one better than in Tokyo, where she claimed silver.
Campbell ultimately had to settle for bronze, with the veteran securing Great Britain's final medal of the games in the +81kg weightlifting.
Britain are set to leave France with 65 medals to their name, one more than they won in the last Olympics in Japan.

Campbell celebrated her bronze with a cartwheel, with her Olympic-themed hairstyle a big talking point online.
And she's now revealed that it took three hours to put together.
Speaking to the BBC, she said: "It took a good three hours yesterday! All the media has been speaking about is my hair, so I had to come out with a showstopper."

Campbell was beaten by China's Li Wenwen, who took gold, with South Korea's Park Hye-jeong winning silver.
And she says she's proud of the achievement, hailing her rivals and the high standard on show in the process.
"The field today was a lot tougher than what it was in Tokyo," she admitted. "The standard was so high and I had to pull it out of the bag.

"In Tokyo I was new to the sport and enjoying things, it was a bonus medal.
"This one come from the heart, we have had a tough one building-up, but we pulled it out at the right time. It was a PB performance, so you cannot complain.
"It was like having a British crowd today and these guys make everything.

"I have been away for a while and these girls have forgot what I could do - I wanted to remind them.
"Snatch is the weaker one of my two and it would set me up really well to get a medal.
"I had so much fun getting ready for this doing my hair and makeup. I wanted to give it my all and I was so happy that I got rewarded."

With 65 medals in total, only two countries claimed more at the games.
China, who have 40 golds, have a tally of 91 - which also includes 27 silvers and 20 bronze medals.
USA have a staggering 124 but are set to finish as runners-up, with China boasting two more golds.
Team GB had set a medal target of 50 for the Paris Olympics.
And though they've finished behind the Netherlands, France, Australia, Japan, the USA and China, they'll be delighted at how they've performed over the past two weeks.
