British Olympic medallist shuts down Good Morning Britain host over misinformation

Olympic silver medallist Josh Kerr has been doing the rounds with the media after the 1,500m final.
Josh Kerr had to correct Good Morning Britain presenter Kate Garraway after she made an error during one of her questions to the Team GB Olympic silver medallist.
Kerr agonisingly missed out on gold to surprise package Cole Hocker in an enthralling men's 1,500m final earlier this week.
The pre-race talk had been dominated by the rivalry between Kerr and Jakob Ingebrigtsen and the British runner got the better of his competitor.
But it was Hocker who took gold ahead of Kerr, who managed to improve on the bronze medal he picked up at the Tokyo Olympics.

Kerr's family was present in the Stade de France to celebrate his silver medal, which Garraway thought the British athlete wasn't a fan of.
She said: "I know you generally - well you've been reported as saying this, you might tell me different - you generally are not sure about having your mum and dad there when you race as it almost throws you a little bit.
"You know they're supporting you but it puts an extra pressure.
"They were there (in Paris) and I believe you didn't know they were there until afterwards. Is that right?"
However, a bewildered Kerr claimed that wasn't the case and that having his family in the stadium acted as further motivation.
He replied: "Not too sure where that info's come from."
Garraway appeared stunned as she replied: "Oh, okay."
Kerr added: "But I love it when the family's there.

"I live for that kind of pressure, they've been there throughout my whole career in the stands cheering me on.
"It means the world to me to have the people that got me there to be in the stands.
"I realised reasonably quickly when I was talking the big game of going after an Olympic gold medal people were like 'oh ok we can just buy tickets and sit in the stadium and watch you' so I had a good amount of support there."

Kerr was seen in conversation with Ingebrigtsen, who finished fourth, after the race and Rob Rinder asked the Briton what was said.
"Never anything too positive," Kerr joked.
"We've been going back-and-forth for a long time and I'm sure it will long continue."
