Liverpool have officially announced Dutch manager Arne Slot as their new head coach.
Slot said last week that he would replace outgoing German manager Jurgen Klopp.
In a break from tradition, Slot will take the role of head coach, as opposed to manager.
Liverpool, who finished third in the Premier League, agreed a £7.7m compensation deal with Feyenoord in April for the 45-year-old.

Slot was chosen by Fenway Sports Group’s new CEO of football, Michael Edwards, and the incoming sporting director, Richard Hughes.
The Netherlands-born coach will arrive after three seasons with Feyenoord, during which he led them to the league title in 2023 and was named Eredivisie Manager of the Year twice.
Prior to moving to Feyenoord, Slot held the position of head coach at AZ Alkmaar, where he had led them to second place in the table, trailing leaders Ajax only on goal difference.
He will now soon become the first head coach of Liverpool FC from the Netherlands, with his first pre-season in charge of the squad set to get underway in July.

Slot replaces Jurgen Klopp, who announced he would be stepping down as Liverpool boss earlier this year.
Since joining from Borussia Dortmund in 2015, Klopp has one one Premier League, one Champions League, an FA Cup, two EFL Cups, a Community Shield, a UEFA Super Cup and a Fifa Club World Cup.
Speaking to the Anfield crowd after Liverpool's victory over Wolves on the final day of he season, Klopp said: "I’m surprised. I thought I’d already be in pieces but I’m not. I’m so happy about you all, the atmosphere, the game, being a part of this family and about us, how we celebrate this day.
"It doesn’t feel like an end. It just feels like a start. Today I saw a football team play full of talent, youth, creativity, desire, greed. That’s one part of development, that’s what you need obviously. In these few weeks where I have had too much attention, I realised a lot of things. People say I turned them from doubters into believers."
He added: "Obviously I saw a lot of people crying and I will tonight too because I will miss people but change is good. Everything will be fine because the basics are 100 per cent there.
"You welcome the new manager like you welcomed me. You go all in from the first day. You keep believing. You push the team. I’m one of you now. I love you to bits.
"Thank you. You are the best team in the world. Thank you!"
