The England international has dazzled at the Bernabeu since arriving back in the summer

Jude Bellingham has been excellent for Real Madrid since his summer arrival, scoring 10 goals for the club across all competitions.

But while he's been impressive on the field, he's been equally crucial off it.

It was an open secret that Bellingham was going to leave Borussia Dortmund. Just about everybody in world football knew it was time for the youngster to pursue a new challenge.

At one point Liverpool seemed to be the frontrunners. Then Manchester City. There had even been chatter of Bellingham potentially going to Manchester United, too.

But Real stole a march on their rivals and wooed Bellingham to Spain.

His family felt it was the best place for the 20-year-old. Fast-forward to now and nobody would disagree.

Bellingham has been nothing short of sensational. With 10 goals already, despite being a midfielder, he's made his mark at one of the biggest clubs in world football.

There have been three assists to savour, too.

And though he was unable to score for Madrid in their 1-1 draw with Sevilla on Saturday night, he still impressed with his power and potency.

Off the field, Bellingham fever has gripped the club.

According to Spanish outlet Mktesportivo, seven of every 10 personalised shirts at the club sport his name on the back.

Given they possess other talented players like Vincius Jr, Luka Modric and Rodrygo, that's certainly some statistic.

Real are also benefitting due to Bellingham representing Adidas, who also sponsor the club.

It's worth noting that Cristiano Ronaldo, for so long their talisman, was a Nike athlete when Real were dominating with the Portugal international in their starting XI.

And Bellingham himself is doing rather well, too.

The youngster works with McDonald's and EA Sports, while his Instagram followers have soared from 10 million at the time of his move to 19.2m in the time since.

All in all, he looks set to be the poster boy of the sport for many years to come.

For now, Bellingham is focused on Real beating Braga in Tuesday night's Champions League clash.

But he'll also have his sights set on scoring against Barcelona in El Clasico next weekend.

That will be his biggest test as a Real player yet.

Ronaldo was unable to score in his first Clasico as Barcelona won 1-0 back in 2009.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic instead stole the show that day by netting the only goal of the game.

But Bellingham, somewhat typically, seems primed to steal the show.

And, should he deliver for his club, there will be no chance of his shirt sales dwindling any time soon.

What will also delight Real is that Bellingham wants to be at the club for many years to come.

Speaking last week, he said: "With the big transfer the fact is I have to deliver, whether it is a goal or assist or a match-winning performance.

"This is the club I want to be at for the next 10 to 15 years of my life. I am loving it there."
