All in all it was a good night for England, who have won five of their six Euro 2024 qualifiers so far - netting 19 goals and conceding just three in the process.
While Kane and Rashford scored for the hosts, it was Bellingham who stole the show with another mesmerising performance in midfield.
The sky is the limit for the 20-year-old, who has gone from strength to strength since leaving Borussia Dortmund for Real Madrid back in the summer.
Bellingham was courted by the likes of Liverpool and Manchester City before ultimately opting to strut his stuff in Spain instead.
And the youngster, speaking after England's win over Italy, has now delivered a blow to fans hoping to see him in the Premier League by making it clear he wants to be at Real for many years to come.
"I am getting a little better each time I play," said the former Birmingham City star.
"It was a really good night for us, we all remember what happened a few years ago when they played us here [in the Euro 2020 final, which England lost on penalties].
"You always aim for progression. We are heading in the right direction and a very important win for us.
"I am loving football at the minute. My management at club and country are giving me freedom to play it how I see it.
"Since the last few months I have been really working on my timing getting into the box and as I am arriving I am arriving with a big hunger.
"With the big transfer the fact is I have to deliver, whether it is a goal or assist or a match-winning performance.
"This is the club I want to be at for the next 10 to 15 years of my life. I am loving it there.
"Carlo [Ancelotti] basically said this position is where he sees me."
Bellingham was then asked about the impact playing alongside midfield icons such as Luka Modric and Toni Kroos has had on his game.
And he responded by saying: "One hundred per cent [it improves you].
"When you are around those mentalities and quality of players every day, it takes you to a new level mentally, physically and technically."
Bellingham will now immediately turn his focus back to club football.
Real Madrid are in La Liga action on Saturday night, with Los Blancos due to face off against Sevilla.
England boss Gareth Southgate, meanwhile, lavished praise on Bellingham after the win over Italy.
"I just think the way he carries himself and the way he plays on the field shows that," he said when asked about Bellingham having the X-factor.

"He's had that since he walked through the door, frankly.
"That belief, that willingness to engage with the crowd, they are rare traits in a player so young."
Injury permitting, Bellingham should be involved when England next take to the field.
They're due to face Malta on November 17 before travelling to North Macedonia in their final Euro 2024 qualifier days later.
