With the start of a new year comes a windmill of transfer rumours in the Premier League.
Many sides looking to improve their squad - meaning clubs could recruit players in order to achieve their objectives.
Even high-flying sides such as Liverpool, Aston Villa and Manchester City seem open to bolstering their ranks.
GB News now takes a look at one player each side may sign.
Transfer gossip: Jordan Henderson, Serhou Guirassy and Steven Bergwijn are being linked with summer moves

Liverpool:
The rumour mill inside Liverpool is quiet but there are whispers of the Reds having their eyes on PSV winger Johan Bakayoko.
A deal for the 20-year-old may even be struck this month with Mohamed Salah currently at the African Cup of Nations.
Aston Villa:
Unai Emery is reportedly looking to bolster his attacking ranks with Lille striker, Jonathan David.
According to FootballTransfers, the club may face competition with Manchester United for the 23-year-old Canadian international who has bagged five goals from 17 Ligue 1 matches this season.
Manchester City:
Michael Olise has caught the eye of many Premier League clubs, with Manchester City one of the sides keen.
Olise was previously linked with Chelsea back in the summer but opted to stay and sign a new contract with Crystal Palace. He could offer a new dimension to Pep Guardiola's attack, especially with Jack Grealish struggling for consistency this season.
Arsenal:
The Gunners have been lacklustre of late and are now eyeing up a £50 million move for Everton’s Amadou Onana, who would bring grit and steel to their midfield.
Everton’s poor financial situation could even play into the Gunners' hands, though any departure for Thomas Partey would increase their need for reinforcements.
Tottenham:
Spurs have been busy of late and are set to tie down ex-Chelsea striker Timo Werner on a loan deal.
The 27-year-old will be out to silence his critics after struggling during his last stint on these shores, with the RB Leipzig star poised to compete with Richarlison for a place at the tip of Ange Postecoglou's attack.
West Ham:
Talking of Tottenham, ex-Spurs winger, Steven Bergwijn is of interest to David Moyes.
Exploratory talks have been held over loan and permanent deals for the Ajax star. With the Hammers flying high, the arrival of another forward could boost their chances of securing European football for a third season on the trot.
Brighton:
The Seagulls have reportedly activated a release clause for Boca Juniors youngster Valentin Barco.
TyC Sports understands Brighton beat Manchester City to the £7.9m deal. Varco will jostle with Pervis Estupinan if, as expected, his move to the Amex goes ahead.
Manchester United:
Serhou Guirassy is one of Europe’s top scorers, bagging 17 goals in the Bundesliga alone to catch the eye of Erik Ten Hag amid Rasmus Hojlund's inconsistent form at Old Trafford.
Stuttgart sporting director Fabian Wohlgemuth has refused to rule out a January exit for his striker.
Newcastle:
Newcastle are the favourites to sign Manchester City’s Kalvin Phillips.
Give Me Sport understands that Pep Guardiola would prefer the player left for a club like PSG and not a league rival, however. And with City looking to win another treble, they may feel their squad is better off sticking with the England international.
Chelsea:
Jordan Henderson is now linked with a move to west London after only six months in Saudi Arabia.
Mauricio Pochettino is said to be on 'high-alert' over the player, who caused controversy with his move to the Middle East last year. Henderson would bring experience to a young Chelsea side sorely in need of it after a chastening season so far.
Wolves:
Danny Ings is on Wolves’ list of targets this month with Gary O’Neil requesting a ‘No 9’ forward.
The club only want the player on a loan deal, however, and it'll be interesting to see whether West Ham agree as they look to secure more European football for next season. Ings, on his day, can be brilliant but injuries have taken a toll and his potential addition would represent a gamble.
Bournemouth:
The Cherries are interested in LDU Quito midfielder Oscar Zambrano.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano says Bournemouth will offer £4.3m to get the deal done for the 19-year-old, which should be enough to secure his signature, with Andoni Iraola working wonders at the Vitality Stadium since his summer appointment.

Fulham:
Chelsea’s Armando Broja is of interest to Fulham, having failed to impress Pochettino so far.
Fulham are said to be ready to pounce if the striker comes available, with the club missing the goals of Aleksandar Mitrovic - who jumped ship to Al-Hilal last summer. Broja has Premier League experience and a move across west London could boost his chances of a future at his parent club.
Crystal Palace:
The Eagles are keen on signing Luton defender Teden Mengi.
Mengi has been impressive for Luton this season and would be an ideal partner at the back for Marc Guehi.
Nottingham Forest:
Santos striker Marcos Leonardo has revealed he has had conversations with European teams.
And Nottingham Forest are thought to be among them having sent scouts to watch the 20-year-old in action. Forest need somebody to challenge Chris Wood, especially given their improvement under Nuno Espirito Santo following his recent arrival.
Brentford:
Thomas Frank is reportedly keen on Plymouth’s striker Morgan Whittaker.
Plymouth are yet to receive an approach for the 23-year-old, however, who has netted 13 goals in 26 Championship matches this season. With Brentford struggling at times, the arrival of another marksman would spark hopes of staying in the top flight.
Transfer gossip: Everton are being linked with a deal for Man Utd star Hannibal Mejbri
GETTY
Everton:
Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano says Sean Dyche’s side are trying to hijack Sevilla’s loan move for Hannibal Mejbri.
Hannibal has long been tipped for big things at Manchester United but often struggles to get into their starting XI due to the fierce competition for places. Therefore, a move to Everton would make sense - with the Tunisia international in need of more Premier League experience.
Luton Town:
There is little news coming out of Luton Town but they're thought to be eager to add to their backline this month as they look to boost their chances of staying in the Premier League.
David Brekalo was a failed target in the summer, and it’ll be no surprise to see the Hatters re-enter the race.
Burnley:
Vincent Kompany will be looking for reinforcements to avoid relegation with Gent left-back, Archie Brown, of interest to the club.
Everton and Leeds are also eyeing up the former Derby youngster, who actually came through the academy of Derby County before his move to Belgium back in August.
Sheffield United:
Sunderland star Jack Clarke is of interest to Sheffield United who sit bottom of the table.
The ex-Spurs forward could be sold for up to £20m, having established himself as a key player for the Black Cats in League One with 12 goals in 26 goals this season. How Chris Wilder could do with those goals now with his side currently bottom of the table...
