The former England star has opened up ahead of this weekend's matches

Everton are being tipped to pile yet more pressure on Ange Postecoglou this weekend.

The Merseysiders’ have been backed to beat Spurs 2-1 at Goodison Park on Sunday.

The Three Lions legend also thinks this weekend’s fixtures will be a pivotal one in the Premier League title race.

That’s because Butcher, now a leading UK after dinner speaker, believes Arsenal will drop points.

The Gunners take on Aston Villa at home, a match Butcher thinks will end 1-1.

He’s backing Liverpool to win at Brentford. If proved to be right, Liverpool would go on to extend their lead at the top of the table.

Elsewhere, Butcher is tipping Newcastle, Fulham, Manchester United, Nottingham Forest, and Chelsea

He thinks West Ham will end all square with Crystal Palace and is opting for 1-1. Butcher is also backing his former club Ipswich to frustrate champions Manchester City…and grab a 1-1 draw too.
