Bristol Rovers fans trolled Wrexham co-owner Ryan Reynolds by wearing masks of the Hollywood actor during their journey to the Racecourse Ground on Friday.
Images circulated on social media showing the travelling supporters sporting Reynolds masks on their bus to Wales.
The stunt came ahead of a crucial League One fixture between the two sides.
Reynolds, who has become a prominent figure in football since purchasing Wrexham alongside Rob McElhenney, has overseen remarkable success at the Welsh club in recent years.

This appears to have made him a target for rival supporters, with Bristol Rovers fans using the masks to mock the Hollywood star's involvement with Wrexham.
The match itself proved to be a tense affair with Bristol Rovers taking the lead in the 32nd minute through Taylor Moore.
Despite starting the day in 21st place and in the relegation zone, the Gas put in a resilient performance against promotion-chasing Wrexham.
Phil Parkinson's side eventually managed to salvage a point when Matty James found the net in the 76th minute.
The 1-1 draw was described as a "turgid afternoon of football" with both teams struggling to produce quality play.

Bristol Rovers will have been pleased with the result, particularly after entering the match on the back of six consecutive defeats.
The result had significant implications for Wrexham's promotion hopes as they dropped from 2nd to 3rd place in League One.
Wycombe Wanderers' 1-0 victory away at Bolton Wanderers on the same day allowed them to leapfrog the Welsh side in the table.
This slip in position comes as a disappointment for Wrexham, who had started the day just one point above Wycombe.

Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney are chasing promotion with Wrexham
PADespite the setback, Wrexham's current standing represents a remarkable achievement in their first season in League One.
With three games remaining in the season, including an upcoming trip to Blackpool on Monday, Wrexham still have opportunities to reclaim their promotion position.
While Reynolds wasn't spotted at the Racecourse Ground for the match, his fellow co-owner Rob McElhenney was in attendance.
McElhenney was seen in the executive box throughout the game watching the action unfold.

Despite Reynolds' absence, his presence was still felt through the masks worn by the travelling Bristol Rovers supporters.
Wrexham will now look to bounce back when they travel to Blackpool on Monday.
