The FA won't take any action after Manchester United were heard chanting about Phil Foden's mother during Sunday's goaless draw with Manchester City at Old Trafford.
The England international was targeted by a section of Red Devils supporters who called Claire Rowlands, 44, a 's**g'.
Foden was seen reacting to the taunts, with the City star sarcastically clapping.
It capped off a difficult day for the 24-year-old, who was withdrawn after 58 minutes having failed to make an impact.

City are reportedly shocked at the sheer number of United fans who joined in with the chant, while the Red Devils have condemned the abusive song.
Pep Guardiola, speaking in his post-match press conference, said those who took part in the singing should be 'ashamed' of themselves.
However, according to the Daily Mail, the FA won't be punishing United.
This is because the chants, while unsavoury, 'do not breach' any of their rules or regulations.

Foden is yet to comment on the chants, with the City star instead choosing to upload pictures from the game on social media.
Guardiola, speaking in defence of his player and his mother, said: "It's a lack of class.
"But it's not United, it's the people, you know?
"We are so exposed, people who are on the screen in world football: managers, owners, and football players especially.

"Honestly, I don't understand the mind of the people involving the mum of Phil. It's a lack of integrity, class, and they should be ashamed."
Foden has just nine goal involvements in the Premier League this term.
The 24-year-old has looked a pale imitation of the player that managed 27 goal involvements (19 goals and eight assists) in 35 Premier League matches last term.
Yet Guardiola isn't too worried and insists Foden will come good.
