Marcus Rashford has suggested he's ready for a 'new challenge', just days after being left out of the Manchester United squad for Sunday's 2-1 win over Manchester City.
The 27-year-old was cut by manager Ruben Amorim, with Amad Diallo and Mason Mount flanking Rasmus Hojlund in attack instead.
United looked as though they'd crash to a third Premier League defeat in a row when Josko Gvardiol headed City ahead.
Yet late goals from Bruno Fernandes and Amad gave the Red Devils all three points.

Talk is intensifying that Rashford will be sold by United when the January transfer window opens.
He has blown hot and cold over the past 18 months, ever since plundering home 30 goals across all competitions in the 2022/23 season.
And Rashford, speaking to journalist Henry Winter, has now admitted that he's ready for a 'new challenge' - despite being United through and through.
“For me, personally, I think I'm ready for a new challenge and the next steps," he said.

Rashford has been at United ever since he was a child.
He has won five trophies with the fallen giants over the years but, with the club dreaming of winning the Premier League again, may never lift that prize with the team he loves most.
Rashford isn't sulking after his snub on Sunday. And he says that, when he does leave United, he won't harbour any grudges.
“When I leave it's going to be ‘no hard feelings’. You’re not going to have any negative comments from me about Manchester United. That’s me as a person," he added.

"If I know that a situation is already bad I'm not going to make it worse.
"I've seen how other players have left in the past and I don't want to be that person.
"When I leave I'll make a statement and it will be from me.”
Many have started to write Rashford off as a faded force. There is talk he could move to Saudi Arabia, even though Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain have been linked as well.

But Rashford insists there's more to come and that he's yet to hit his peak, despite being 27.
“I’m halfway through my career,” added the winger.
“I don’t expect my peak to be now. I've had nine years so far in the Premier League and that’s taught me a lot, that’s helped me grow as a player and as a person.
"So I don't have any regrets from the last nine years. I won’t have any regrets going forward because I take things day by day and sometimes bad things happen, sometimes good things happen.

"I just try and keep a fine balance."
Rashford will be hoping to start when United go up against Tottenham in the Carabao Cup on Thursday night.
He has previously won the tournament under Erik ten Hag and Jose Mourinho.
