Marcus Rashford has added a new luxury vehicle to his collection, swapping his Lamborghini supercar for a more spacious £177,000 Audi RS 6 Avant GT.

The 27-year-old footballer, currently on loan at Aston Villa from Manchester United, has opted for the limited edition estate car after waiting months for delivery.

Despite being roomier with space for five passengers and ample boot capacity, the special edition Audi doesn't compromise on performance.

Rashford recently sold his £450,000 Lamborghini Aventador SVJ, meaning he's now £273,000 in the green despite purchasing a replacement, according to The Sun.

The Audi RS 6 Avant GT boasts impressive performance credentials with a top speed of 190mph and can accelerate from 0-60mph in just 3.3 seconds.

Only 660 of these special edition vehicles have been manufactured worldwide.

Under the bonnet, the GT features a powerful 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged engine producing 630 horsepower and 850 Newton-metres of torque.

This combination of practicality and performance appears to have appealed to Rashford, who has previously favoured more traditional supercars.

Rashford's former Lamborghini has since appeared in a YouTube video on the Warford Cars channel.

The personalised supercar features Rashford's signature on the door sills and his emblem between the seats.

In the video, the new owner, identified only as James, a rally driver, said he purchased the car for £450,000 directly from Lamborghini.

The V12 vehicle had 4,000 miles on the clock when sold.

It's believed Rashford paid a similar amount when he bought it new before selling it back to Lamborghini.

Rashford's car troubles made headlines recently when his £700,000 Rolls-Royce had to be towed from the M60 motorway following a tyre blow-out on March 21.

The luxury vehicle was stranded for over an hour near the location where another of his Rolls-Royces was written off in a crash last year.

That damaged car was later sold at auction for a significantly reduced price of £184,000.

Rashford subsequently replaced it with an almost identical white model.

The footballer has an impressive collection of luxury vehicles that includes a £350,000 Lamborghini Urus Performante and a £360,000 McLaren 765 Long Tail.

Rashford has also owned a £170,000 Mercedes G-Wagon and a custom £180,000 Mercedes Vito Maybach van.

Last year, the winger received a six-month driving ban after being caught speeding at 104mph in one of his Rolls-Royces on the M60 in Manchester.

On the pitch, Rashford's career appears to be gaining momentum after his January loan move to Aston Villa.

The forward has made a significant impact since joining the Midlands club.

His performances earned him a recall to the England squad during the recent international break.

Rashford featured prominently for the Three Lions, starting in both matches as England secured victories against Albania and Latvia.

The loan spell at Villa seems to have revitalised his career after a challenging period at Manchester United.
