Arsenal icon Ray Parlour thinks Erik ten Hag will lose his job at Manchester United - and thinks the Red Devils need to 'look at Liverpool' in order to be successful again.
Ten Hag went into the season on a high after winning the Carabao Cup last term, while also guiding United to third in the Premier League table.
However, the Dutchman has found life far tougher at Old Trafford this time around - leading to uncertainty over his future.
Sir Jim Ratcliffe is in control of sporting operations at United and is understood to be unhappy about the club's plight since Sir Alex Ferguson's retirement in 2013.

Parlour, who frequently played against United during his playing career, thinks Ten Hag is likely to lose his job come the end of the season.
But he also thinks recruitment at United must improve, too, and has urged the Red Devils to 'look at Liverpool' in order to become a force once again.
Speaking exclusively to GB News, via NetBet Casino, he said: "I think the more you come to the end of the season - again, it was a poor performance against Bournemouth.
"I know they got a 2-2 draw but Bournemouth could have been out of sight in that first half, so I believe Sir Jim Ratcliffe will be looking at the situation.
"I don't know what fans are thinking up in Manchester, they were such a great side when I played against them but that happens in football.
"They've got to try and get back, it's one of if not the biggest club in the world.
"This next decision they make on the manager will be vital, it really will be vital.
"Recruitment area as well, recruitment over the years has not been good enough.
"A bit like Chelsea, Chelsea have spent billions of pounds and haven't got the right players in.
"United need to look at teams like Liverpool, the recruitment they've done has been brilliant over the years.
"But for me, I think Erik probably won't be there next season. I think they'll probably go with a change for next season.
"The hardest question for Manchester United is it gonna be? Is it gonna be Tuchel, De Zerbi's been mentioned a lot. But whether he can step up to another level, we'll have to wait and see.
"I have a funny feeling Erik ten Hag won't be there next season, no."
United have been linked with several managers amid the uncertainty over Ten Hag's future.
Thomas Tuchel is one possible replacement, with the German poised to leave Bayern Munich after a difficult season over in Bavaria.

Roberto De Zerbi and Graham Potter have been linked, too.
But Ten Hag said last month that he was unfazed and would continue to go about his job, despite the noise over his position growing louder.
“You know when you are working at Man United there will always be noise, rumours around the club, the manager, the players, whatever," he said.
“There will always (an) issue – you like it, to talk about. Of course we have different interests, but we are not focusing on that.
“We are focusing on the process, we are focusing on the team to play better, to improve the way of play, so I don’t care about (it).”
