Manchester United co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe is considering cutting up to 200 more jobs at the Premier League club, with a final decision expected within two weeks.
The move comes as part of INEOS's ongoing cost-cutting measures at Old Trafford, following previous redundancies last year.
Staff have not yet been formally informed of the latest proposals, which would affect employees across all areas of the business.
The cuts are aimed at making the operation "leaner", according to club insiders.

United have posted losses of nearly £300m over the past three years, which one insider described as "unsustainable".
The club recorded a net loss of £113.2m in the 2023-24 financial year, following losses of £28.7m and £115.5m in the previous two years.
Last year, INEOS made around 250 employees redundant in a move expected to save between £40-45m annually.
Other cost-cutting measures have included removing Sir Alex Ferguson's paid ambassador role and ending free travel for staff to attend finals.
A source told The Sun: "Ultimately, football is a business but there are hundreds of people who work tirelessly behind-the-scenes who contribute to any club's success."
"Morale is already on the floor after last year's job losses. This will come as another big blow," the source added.
The redundancies are expected to heavily impact staff working in the sporting arm of the club.
Staff were not informed before reports of the impending cuts emerged.

The club is also considering closing its London office, though operations in the capital will continue to maintain relationships with global partners.
The latest round of redundancies is expected to save around £45m, which INEOS plans to reinvest in manager Ruben Amorim's first team.
In December, Ratcliffe warned that more "difficult and unpopular decisions" would be necessary to restore the club's fortunes.
Sources say Ratcliffe has already invested £300m in improvements to United's Carrington training ground and stadium planning.
