Manchester City won the Premier League title for the fourth year in a row, with Phil Foden shining in a 3-1 win over West Ham at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday.
Pep Guardiola's side went into the game knowing victory would see them secure the prize and fend off competition from Arsenal.
City have been involved in some dramatic Premier League final days over the years.
Sergio Aguero's winner against Queens Park Rangers in 2012 broke the hearts of Manchester City, while City produced a stirring comeback to beat Aston Villa to keep Liverpool at bay just two years ago.

There was to be no repeat today, however, with City cruising to the crown.
Foden won the Premier League Player of the Season award earlier this week after a magnificent campaign for the club, having finally established himself as an undroppable.
And the 23-year-old set the tone with his electrifying display, one that will give England manager Gareth Southgate food for thought.
It took just two minutes for Foden to break the deadlock, with the England star unleashing an unstoppable effort into the top corner.
Then, just 16 minutes later, City doubled their lead.
Foden struck for a second time, with the City star converting from close range after a good assist from Jeremy Doku.
It looked at times as though it would be a cricket score.
City went forward time and time again, with West Ham relying on Alphonse Areola in goal to keep them in the game.
And the Hammers gave themselves, and Arsenal, hope of a remarkable turnaround when Mohammed Kudus struck in the 42nd minute of the match.
Kudus has been nothing short of sensational since touching down from Ajax back in the summer transfer window.
And his brilliant overhead kick capped off a fine maiden campaign in English football, with Kudus bagging nine Premier League goals this term.
While there were some nerves inside the Etihad, City are champions for a reason.
They have the mentality and mindset of winners, something Guardiola said before the game gives his team an edge over their rivals.
And Rodri, once again a key player for the club this season, extended their lead in the 59th minute to make the result safe.
West Ham tried their utmost to get something in David Moyes' final match in charge.

But City, for the fourth year in a row, are now Premier League winners.
It's a first in English football, with Guardiola's side passing Manchester United in the process.
As for Arsenal, Mikel Arteta's side are unlikely to be content with finishing as runners-up for the second year in a row.
The Gunners have battled valiantly this term, having lost just once since the turn of the calendar year.
Yet while Arsenal beat Everton 2-1 at the Emirates Stadium, it's City who have the honour of being given the prestigious trophy once more.
