According to the Daily Mail, Jenas told his wife, Ellie Penfold, about the claims.

And it's also said the BBC were forced to rush his sacking announcement after newspapers got wind that his time with the broadcaster was over.

Jenas has been accused of sending an unsolicited text message to a female member of staff.

The Sun claim more women are set to come forward, though Jenas has denied any wrongdoing.
