The Manchester United icon has opened up after the disappointing result at Euro 2024
Gary Neville has warned Gareth Southgate that he can't afford to 'mismanage' top talents after England's 0-0 draw with Slovenia on Tuesday night.
The Three Lions went into the game hoping to silence their critics after previously struggling in fixtures against Denmark and Serbia.
But England were flat again on Tuesday, even if they dominated the ball.
Pressure is mounting on the squad over in Germany, with Southgate also blasted by fans on social media in the aftermath of the result.

And Neville, speaking on ITV, has warned Southgate he cannot afford to 'mismanage' his star-studded squad.
"I'm certain that Kobbie Mainoo will start in the next game," he said.
"He thought that Conor Gallagher might be an option because of his energy but we need someone in there that can get us playing and Mainoo does that.
"Adam Wharton could do that too.
"We looked so basic in the first half.
"It was a struggle to watch but it moved forward a lot in the second half even though we didn't get the result but there was glimpses of what we can be."
He added: "England have Cole Palmer, Bukayo Saka, Jude Bellingham, Kobbie Mainoo, Phil Foden - massive, massive talents and we cannot afford to mismanage them."
Harry Kane believes it's time for some perspective, despite England's issues at Euro 2024 so far.
It isn't all doom and gloom, with the Three Lions finishing top of their group - something that was the aim at the start of the competition.
But Kane also did admit that England can improve.

He told BBC Radio 5 Live: "If you look at previous tournaments we have played our best football in the knockout rounds.
"Last Euros against Germany, Ukraine and Denmark, so for sure there is more to come.
"Always the objective is to get through the group without any mishaps. We can improve, we know that, but you have to enjoy these moments when you finish top."
On England's last 16 opponents, he added: "It is going to be difficult no matter who we play.
"Looking across the groups there have been some tough battles, there are no easy games now in these competitions.
