Edoardo Bove is said to be 'conscious and breathing independently' in hospital after collapsing on the pitch in Fiorentina's match against Inter Milan.

Bove was eventually taken to an ambulance on a stretcher and led away to hospital.
There were positive reports out of Italy after the incident that claimed Bove was 'alert, conscious and breathing independently'.
Serie A confirmed on social media that the match was being abandoned after the incident.
They wrote: "#FiorentinaInter has been suspended due to a medical emergency."
Italian media reported that Bove would undergo a CT scan in hospital as part of his assessment.

Bove joined Fiorentina from Roma on loan this summer and has been crucial in their climb to the top of Serie A.
Fiorentina went into the match against Inter having won seven league games on the bounce with just 10 goals conceded.
Bove has started 11 Serie A games for Fiorentina since his loan move as well as featuring in three Europa Conference League games.
