The 22-year-old Chelsea star has enjoyed a stunning 18 months since his £42.5million move from Manchester City in 2023.
Despite his recent dip in form on the pitch, his popularity off it continues to soar.
Bellingham, who was recently spotted with girlfriend Ashlyn Castro, narrowly missed out on the top spot.
Arsenal's Declan Rice and Liverpool's Trent Alexander-Arnold rounded out the top five with 12% and 10% respectively.
