Liverpool are just one point away from securing their 20th top-flight title as they prepare to face Tottenham at Anfield on Sunday.
Manager Arne Slot has acknowledged the "big responsibility" his team faces to get the job done in front of their supporters.
Arsenal's midweek draw with Crystal Palace has handed the Reds a golden opportunity to clinch the Premier League crown with four games remaining.
The significance of winning at home is particularly poignant as Liverpool's last league triumph in 2019-20 occurred during the COVID pandemic when fans were unable to attend matches.

Slot's men boast the best home record in the Premier League this season.
"First of all, that's a big responsibility because we are aware that the last time this club won the league it was Covid time so everybody is looking forward to Sunday," Slot told his pre-match press conference.
The Dutchman emphasised the emotional significance for supporters who were denied proper celebrations when Liverpool claimed their first league title in 30 years.
"We know that there is still a job to be done and that's at least one point," he added.
Liverpool lifted the trophy in an empty Anfield in 2020, with no trophy parade possible due to pandemic restrictions.
Slot is determined to right that wrong and give fans the celebration they've been waiting for.
"Hopefully our fans know as well and they support us in the best possible way as they have done all season and are aware of fact we still need a point," Slot continued.
Despite being overwhelming favourites, the Liverpool boss warned that Tottenham won't simply hand them the title.
Spurs haven't won at Anfield since 2011 and have lost 18 league games this season.
"The game has to be played against a Tottenham side that is playing for something special in Europa League," Slot cautioned.

Liverpool have been beaten just twice in the league this season, with only one defeat coming at Anfield.
They have earned an impressive 41 points from 16 home games.
Slot, who joined Liverpool last summer after replacing Jurgen Klopp, brings a fresh perspective on the Premier League's competitiveness.
Having previously won the Dutch title with Feyenoord, he believes the English top flight presents unique challenges.

"In my opinion, it's a really difficult league because that's what I've experienced over here, there's never been an easy game," he said.
The Liverpool manager noted how tight the race for European places has been this season.
"It's always been very hard to win a game of football," Slot added, reflecting on his first campaign in charge.
His side currently hold a 12-point advantage over second-placed Arsenal.
