Sir Jim Ratcliffe has ruled out moving Manchester United to a new home, according to reports.
The British billionaire is set to purchase a minority stake in the club, having fended off competition from Sheikh Jassim.
Ratcliffe previously missed out on buying Chelsea to American businessman Todd Boehly last year.
Yet he's a United fan and is eager to bring the glory days back to the club after a decade of drift following Sir Alex Ferguson's retirement in 2013.

Old Trafford has shown signs of wear and tear in recent years, with a leaky roof going viral on social media.
Gary Neville has accused the Glazer family, the club's current owners, of neglecting key areas of the club.
But the Daily Mail say Ratcliffe won't be moving United away from their famous stadium once he secures some power.
The 71-year-old will instead consider alternative plans to expand and improve Old Trafford, as well as the facilities around the ground.
The stadium now pales in comparison when compared to the stadiums of Tottenham, Manchester City and Arsenal.
Ratcliffe is willing to pledge £245million to improve infrastructure at the club.
And most of that budget will, per the publication, be used to modernise United's Carrington training complex.
United have addressed some issues at their training base, which was famously criticised by Cristiano Ronaldo.
Last winter, the Portugal international said: “A big club like Manchester United bringing in a sporting director surprised not only me but all the world.
"Nothing changes. Not only the jacuzzi, the pool, even the gym.
"Even some points of technology, the kitchen, the chefs – who I appreciate, lovely people!
"They stop in time which surprised me a lot.
"Unfortunately, we see many things I’m used to seeing when I’m 21, 22, 23. It surprised me a lot.”
Meanwhile, United continued their recent Premier League improvement with a 1-0 win over Luton on Saturday.
The Red Devils looked flat throughout the majority of the match.
But Victor Lindelof scored the only goal of the game in the second half to give United all three points.
Speaking after the game, manager Erik ten Hag said: "Of course, we are pleased with the win.
"We could have made life easier if we had scored earlier on.
"We created a lot of chances but it takes a long time to score for the first time and we couldn’t get the second.
"It’s always difficult when you get to the end and the opponent smells it, and one ball in the box can change the result of the game.

"So we had to fight to the end and so compliment to the team."
He added: "When we are back [after the international break], we have three big away games [Everton, Galatasaray and Newcastle United] and we have to be ready for that.
"I think we are in a position that’s not too bad, even when we are not playing, since the start of the season, that well.
"Once we start playing well, and it will come, I think we’ll be in contention for the top four."
