Roy Keane sends football fans wild as Man Utd icon becomes model

Football fans have been sent into a frenzy with Roy Keane opting to do modelling for Adidas.
The Manchester United icon left the club under a cloud all the way back in 2005 after a bitter row with Sir Alex Ferguson.
Keane had opted to criticise United's young players on the club's in-house television channel, with Darren Fletcher among those copping some flak.
That left Ferguson with no choice but to cut the midfielder loose, despite the duo being successful together.
These days, however, Keane is working with the club again.
The former skipper has done modelling work for Adidas, who are United's official sponsors.
The Red Devils have shared images from the Keane photoshoot on Instagram.
And fans have now reacted, with one saying: "Haha I'm here for this new era of Super Model Keane."
A second said: "Uncle Keano drip hits DIFFERENT."
A third fan said: "Keano jumping on the drip wave."
A fourth praised Keane as well, saying: "Nah Roy hits different."
Another joked: "Keano fashion icon is a twist I did not see coming."
And Adidas couldn't resist getting in on the act, saying 'style icon' in a comment on the page.
In the photoshoot, Keane wears a couple of coats and a hoodie with a serious expression on his face.
United don't have much to smile about at present, with the club enduring a difficult start to the season so far.
They're sixth in the Premier League table, seven points behind defending champions Manchester City at the summit.
United were recently dumped out of the Carabao Cup by Eddie Howe's Newcastle.
And the Red Devils have toiled in Europe, too, losing three of their four Champions League matches so far.
Meanwhile, Keane recently opened up on his departure from United 18 years ago.
And the Sky Sports pundit feels he should have retired from football instead of joining Celtic on a short-term deal.
"I was 34 when I finished, but I should have retired when I left United," he said.
"I even lost a bit of the love for the game after that.
"I went up to Celtic, but my hip was really at me, painkillers for training... I tore my hamstring two or three times up at Celtic.
"I was commuting. I still had a year left on my contract and I rang Gordon [Strachan].

"I went to see the hip specialist who said the longer you play on, the worse damage [you will do]. He was talking about when I retire, about quality of life."
Keane added: "I rang Gordon Strachan about what do I do.
"I had gone up there and kind of embarrassed myself, I wasn't really doing the business. I'd said I'm finished, but losing sleep before I rang him, as soon as I put the phone down I had closure on my career.
"I had no hesitation, I wouldn't say relief, but something lifted off me.
"When you have injuries it beats you up."
