FA controversy as two football managers 'gagged' from speaking

The two bosses were unable to speak to the media over the weekend
Two managers who were sent off over the weekend were 'gagged' from speaking to the press to give their versions of events, according to reports.
West Brom boss Carlos Corberan was dismissed during his side's 2-1 defeat to Blackburn Rovers on Saturday.
And Hull manager Liam Rosenior also received his marching orders during his team's 2-1 defeat to Norwich City at Carrow Road.
According to the Daily Mail, new FA rules 'aimed at clearing up football' prevented the two bosses from speaking out following their dismissals.

The fresh regulations mean anyone dismissed can no longer attend 'post-match media commitments'.
In previous years, even after being sent off, bosses have been given permission to put their side of the story across.
But the FA, potentially worried about the impact angry words said in the heat of the moment could have, have now decided to take action.
West Brom's mission to secure Premier League promotion suffered an early blow with their defeat to Blackburn.
Dilan Markanday and Harry Leonard put Blackburn 2-0 up, with Matthew Phillips then netting a consolation for the Baggies.
New West Brom captain Jed Wallace spoke out after the game and said: “We know it’s not a time to be too disappointed because we all knew today wasn’t going to define our season, either way.
“We’re obviously very upset with the result but we know that we can bounce back next week at home and hopefully kickstart our season.
"We knew we can do better. You saw how well we can play at times today, but you can’t give two goals away.
"The fans stuck by us today. You could see it at the end of the game that they believe in the manager and we’re all very united behind the manager.
“I believe we’ll have a successful season whether we won or lost today, that opinion was never going to change. “We’ll be back in training tomorrow morning and we’ll crack on again.”
As for Hull, assistant head coach Justin Walker revealed his team were 'bitterly disappointed' by the result.
“We’re bitterly disappointed," he said. “We’ve come away for 48 hours to prepare and the lads invested a lot of energy into the game.
“We’ll be better in terms of performances as we go through the season but I thought we fully merited a point.
“Looking back at those incidents that led to the goal at the end, there are so many things I could speak about.
“There’s a debate as to whether the ball went out for a corner in the first place. The time the referee adds on after the five-minute period has been played. There’s potentially a foul in the box as the ball is delivered.
“I’m disappointed for everybody but it was a good benchmark for us because they’re a good side.”
West Brom will be hoping to bounce back from their defeat when they face off against Stoke in the Carabao Cup on Tuesday night (7.45pm).
