Red Bull may not disclose every detail of their investigation into Christian Horner because it isn't a legal matter, according to reports.
The 50-year-old has been investigated by the F1 side since January, with Horner firmly denying allegations of inappropriate behaviour.
The Red Bull chief, who has worked in his role since 2005, is confident he'll be able to clear his name.
Horner has been working as normal, with the first race of the new F1 season set to take place in Bahrain on Saturday.
Christian Horner's future with Red Bull is up in the air with the F1 side set to announce a decision on the 50-year-old today

Yet The Sun say the full report into Horner may be kept 'secret' by Red Bull.
The investigation, which was carried out by a specialist barrister and included an eight-hour interview with Horner, has now concluded.
But Red Bull could opt to keep full details secret because it was an internal matter, rather than a legal one.
Horner has fully complied with the investigation and has made it clear he's keen to stay with the F1 side after 19 years of service.
It is currently unclear if he'll get his wish, however, with his future with the team up in the air while the saga plays out.
Horner previously said he expected to be in control of Red Bull for the Bahrain Grand Prix this weekend.
The F1 side are the team to beat this year, having dominated the sport in 2023 by blitzing all of their rivals.
Max Verstappen was unstoppable on the grid, with the 26-year-old winning 19 of the 22 races to secure a third Formula One title of his career.
Horner has played a key role in Verstappen's success, with the Dutch-Belgian driver the favourite to reign supreme again this year.
There have, however, been reports suggesting Horner's relationship with Verstappen's father is 'badly damaged'.
The F1 champion, for his part, recently said it will be 'nice for everyone' when the investigation is concluded.
Former F1 team owner Eddie Jordan, meanwhile, believes the process has already caused a 'loss of image' to Red Bull.
Jordan told F1-Insider.com: "I have experienced many wrong decisions.
"But the Red Bull situation is the most absurd thing I've ever seen. Of course, there is initially the presumption of innocence for Horner.
"But does anyone seriously believe that the employee made up her mind about the allegations?

"If Horner is innocent, is she guilty? Red Bull's loss of image is already huge. Someone has to pull the ripcord now."
Earlier this month, Red Bull advisor Helmut Marko defended the length of the investigation.
"As you know, this is an internal investigation," he said earlier this month.
"The sooner a result is available, the better because of course, rumours and other stories are bound to sprout due to the long duration.
"[But] I think Red Bull has reacted very well in this matter. The long duration of this investigation is not their fault.
Christian Horner has the support of wife Geri Halliwell amid Red Bull's investigation into their head of racing

"They are endeavouring to [have] a fair investigation and then react accordingly."
Horner is married to Spice Girls star Geri Halliwell.
Reports have suggested the 51-year-old has 'gone to ground' since the claims against her husband were made.
She continues to stand by Horner, with the pair previously marrying back in 2015.
