Michael Schumacher didn't attend his daughter's wedding 'from what I understand', according to former F1 team-mate Johnny Herbert.
At the end of September, rumours suggested the German had been in attendance to watch his daughter, Gina-Maria, tie the knot with boyfriend Iain Bethke in Spain.
It was described as the 55-year-old's first 'public appearance' in 11 years, having lived his life away from the spotlight ever since his tragic skiing accident in 2013.
Schumacher hit his head on a rock while skiing in the French Alps and hasn't been seen in the time since.

His family have preferred to keep details on his condition to a minimum in the years since - with F1 fans left in the dark as a result.
But Herbert, speaking to FlashscoreUSA.com, has now disputed claims the Ferrari legend did appear at Gina-Maria's wedding.
"It will always be a closed shop," he said.
"The most recent rumour was he attended his daughter’s wedding.
"Unfortunately, from what I understand that was all A1 fake news and no truth in it."
Herbert's comments are likely to disappoint fans clamouring for more information on Schumacher and what he's like today.
However, it's more important for the icon to be left alone so he can continue his recovery without the eyes of the world watching on.
Wife Corinna appeared on a Netflix documentary back in 2021 to discuss her husband.
She tearfully explained that he was 'different' to how he used to be.
However, the equestrian star also insisted the family would always do their utmost to 'protect' Schumacher - just like he did during his days on the grid.
"Michael is here. Different, but he's here, and that gives us strength, I find," she said.
"He still shows me how strong he is every day.
