The investigation into Christian Horner has reportedly caused 'considerable strain' on Geri Halliwell with the Red Bull chief set to continue in his role.
The 50-year-old was recently accused of inappropriate behaviour by a member of staff, with Horner categorically denying the allegations against him.
The Briton is now set to continue in his role as Red Bull team principal.
Red Bull have released a statement confirming the news, saying: "The independent investigation into the allegations made against Mr Horner is complete, and Red Bull can confirm that the grievance has been dismissed.

"The complainant has a right of appeal. Red Bull is confident that the investigation has been fair, rigorous and impartial.
"The investigation report is confidential and contains the private information of the parties and third parties who assisted in the investigation, and therefore we will not be commenting further out of respect for all concerned.
"Red Bull will continue striving to meet the highest workplace standards."
Horner last week said that Geri had been hugely supportive throughout the process.
But a report from The Times says the Spice Girls star has suffered 'considerable strain' since the allegations were made.
Horner was always happy to cooperate with the investigation and discussed the subject with an independent lawyer earlier in the month, with their chat lasting eight hours.
The Briton is now set to continue working with Red Bull for the new season. His complainant is still with the side, too.
There are claims, however, that his long-term position is still uncertain amid rumours of a power struggle within the organisation.
Horner has been in charge of Red Bull's racing affairs ever since being appointed all the way back in 2005.
He helped Sebastian Vettel win four F1 titles on the spin between 2010 and 2013.
And Horner has been key to Max Verstappen's success in recent years, too, with the 26-year-old winning the last three crowns.
Previous reports said Geri had 'gone to ground' amid the probe into her husband.
Earlier on Wednesday, Verstappen was asked about Horner and insisted he was just focused on securing more F1 glory, rather than the rumours about his boss.
He said: "It doesn't [affect me]. I'm very focused on just the performance of the car myself and hopefully it will just be resolved very soon."
The three-time F1 champion then added: "Yeah it's a whole team effort, everyone has to stick together and work towards more success.

"That's why it's very important of course to get everything resolved very soon."
Lewis Hamilton, meanwhile, said prior to The Times' report that the Horner situation was 'hanging over' F1.
“I think it’s a difficult one to answer and actually I think we always have to do more to try to make the sport and the environment that people get to work in feel safe and inclusive," he said, per PlanetF1.com.
“Any allegation has to be taken very seriously.
“Obviously we don’t know everything that’s going on but it does need to be resolved as it’s hanging over the sport.
“And it will be really interesting to see how it will [change things] moving forwards in terms of the effect that it may or may not have on the sport moving forward.
