Charles Leclerc won the event at Monza
Martin Brundle believes Oscar Piastri overtaking Lando Norris 'confirms' that the former has 'no interest' in his team-mate winning the F1 title this season.
Piastri finished second, with Norris third, while Charles Leclerc won the event at Monza.
At the start of the race, Piastri overtook his team-mate on lap one to jump up the grid.

"With Leclerc in the middle of them, it meant they had to cover that off," he said.
"They didn't get out front and control the race.
"I think we got confirmation there that Piastri has zero interest in Lando Norris' world championship."
The McLaren star opened up after the race. Though finishing second is a great achievement, he says he was 'hurt' at not securing top spot on the podium.

"It hurts. I’m not going to lie, it hurts a lot," he said.
"I did a lot of things right today. There was a lot of question marks on the strategy going into the race.

"Very, very happy with the pace, with the race that I managed to achieve. Just when you finish second it hurts."

On whether McLaren should have gone with a one-stop strategy, something Norris confirmed was considered, Piastri added: "In hindsight, yes.
"But everyone’s a legend on Monday after the race or at the chequered flag, and today unfortunately we got it a bit wrong, and myself being a big part of that.
"We had everything to lose from being in the lead of the race.
"Charles could try something a bit different. He was going to finish third either way and picked the right gamble today.
